研究室特色與研究方向

l中藥保肝抗癌功能性蛋白質體分析-- 肝硬化、肝癌(HCC)為中國男性病人死亡主要疾病之一。慢性或急性肝炎,長期感染將提高肝纖維化及致癌之危險性。本實驗室特別針對國人特有的肝病-肝炎、肝功能疾病或障礙,期能在種類繁多的中草藥中開發出具保肝或抗纖維化及抗癌功能的中藥並進一步探討其有效藥理成分、功能蛋白質及作用機制。

l中草藥於抗氧化及老化之療效--本實驗室以細胞株暨動物模式來找尋有效抗氧化之中草藥;並深入探討中草藥有效抑制或減緩氧化壓力之分子機制。

l中醫藥轉譯醫學之研發特色。
